Competitions

From time to time and solely at its discretion DaliART Market may offer competitions to win goods or credits by virtue of customers submitting entries usually via the Facebook Group called DaliART Market Friends. The outline rules are as follows:

1. Insufficient numbers of entries will deem that the competition can be cancelled.

2. If entries are received from previous winners and no other competitors the competition can be cancelled.

3. Entries will need to conform to the rules as expressed in the competition notice.

4. Prizes will usually be based on goods or credits for goods, cash alternatives will not be offered. Value of goods is based on the RRP of goods and not sale or promotion prices.

5. In the event that a winner is outside of mainland UK, postage costs will be deducted from the prize value.

6. Entries can only be submitted by entrants that have an active account on www.daliartmarket.co.uk with a shipping address, phone number and email address.

7. In the unlikely event that the judges cannot decide between two entries, a poll will be offered on the Facebook Group where members will select their own favourite.
