Our mission is to provide high quality exciting products at affordable prices with exceptional service.  Dali is often on Craft TV and is available to questions etc from anyone regarding what she does and how she does it.

I'm Paul and I run the operational side of the business which tries really hard to ensure we have what you want, when you want it and to get it to you in the fastest most cost-effective manner. We don't always get everything right of course and we try to communicate when things don't quite go as planned.
